Meeting new faces and reconnecting with familiar ones is one of the best parts of being a photographer, and my time with the Ashworth family was no exception. This was my first time meeting Jeff and Izzy, and what a treat it was to reunite with Lindsey!

I often say my work as a photographer is about celebrating love in all its beautiful forms—romantic, parent-to-child, family-to-pets, and everything in between. There’s something about the holiday season that puts me in an especially family-focused mindset (yes, Netflix holiday movies, I’m looking at you). Capturing those connections always feels extra magical this time of year.

We stayed at Firever Pines until the very last rays of sunlight faded, but Izzy’s joyful smile never wavered. It was pure holiday warmth, and I feel so grateful to have captured these moments for the Ashworth family.

Thank you, Lindsey, Jeff, and Izzy, for letting me be part of this beautiful chapter in your story. Here's to love, light, and smiles that last well beyond sunset! ❤️✨
